Poddels you missunderstood the post.
There has been an official forum for the game when it was released.
Insidexiii was a fan-made comunity side by 'Andresky' and 'LiL JaY'(?), as far as I know LickM,haN and Darkoo joined a little later.

Later the page got hacked and there were no inxiii for a few months.
Then Chris2 and shadow made a design and coding for the new insidexiii and andre bought a server for it if I remember right.When those old admins stopped playing they asked for somebody to keep the page alive.
As far as I know shadow and chris are paying for the server since that time.A new design came.
Like 1 year ago, the page completly crashed and there was no backup to get it back.As far as I know Chris2 and shadow decided that the new page will 'only' be a forum,because the forum was the most used part.Also they were kinda fucked off by webspell i think , so this is what the side is now.
2 Months ago, the server changed place so that the site was down for a while.

I for myself miss the old site , with news, wars section and many other advantages, some other people do,too.
But it's not worth the time for these few players, to create and code a new design, to make the old insidexiii.com go online again.
